Manual Specialty Valve Type 522

Description
Manual needle valve, multi-turn, rising stem, all PVDF or polypropylene construction except for stem seal of PTFE (no O-ring seals). Precise metering control inherent in needle valve design. 20 pitch thread provides five turns from closed to full open. PVDF high purity available. No lubricants used.

• Corrosion resistant (only body and needle materials, along with PTFE seal, contact the fluid media)
• Able to be disassembled for inspection or cleaning
• Seal wear compensation by simply hand-tightening cap
• PTFE seal is located below the thread, thereby isolating the thread and topworks from the fluid media
• High purity design - no "dead" areas
• Available in both globe and angle patterns
• Capable of 200 psi at 73°F or 302°F max. at 0 psi pressure
